 , March 27-28 (in Athens, OH), April 10-11\n\nOver six weekends, Satur
 day morning through Sunday afternoon, we will present the internationa
 lly recognized curriculum in permaculture design. Students who complet
 e the course will receive their Permaculture Design Certification and 
 can use the title, experience and connection to the global body of res
 ources gathered over 40 years in their professional and personal endea
 vors.\n\nThis course will place a focus on exploring options for devel
 oping healthy local food systems, community resilience, and local netw
 orks of support and is particularly relevant to:\n• Landscape Archit
 ects and Designers\n• Urban Planners\n• Sustainability Coordinator
 s\n• Environmental Educators and Activists\n• Community Leaders\nâ
 €¢ Urban and Rural Farmers\n• Real-Estate Developers\n• Sustainabl
 e Investors,\n• and many others.\n\nParticipants will gain experienc
 e with permaculture by developing designs for emerging urban projects,
  installing a demonstration garden and visiting established systems. T
 his course will also include a weekend trip to explore the renowned lo
 cal food system of Athens county, Ohio.\n\nThis course is sponsored by
